Module Details

A keyspace in Azure Cosmos DB for Apache Cassandra is the highest-level logical container that groups together related tables. It functions exactly like a database in a traditional SQL ecosystem.
In native Cassandra, a keyspace defines how data replicates across nodes. However, because Azure Cosmos DB automatically manages global replication behind the scenes, a Cosmos DB keyspace acts strictly as an administrative boundary, an isolation namespace, and an optional throughput sharing boundary for the data.

Thanks for the proposal and for volunteering to contribute. Sreelekshmi Shaji (@SreelekshmiShaji). However, we will not create a standalone resource module for this resource type.

Microsoft.DocumentDB/databaseAccounts/cassandraKeyspaces is a child resource of Microsoft.DocumentDB/databaseAccounts. Per TFRMNFR1, it should be implemented as an independently consumable Terraform submodule within the existing avm-res-documentdb-databaseaccount module.

You are very welcome to work with the module owner, Christopher MANEU (@cmaneu), and raise a PR adding this child-resource submodule to that repository.
