Manage Trusted Contacts Menu Issue

Describe the bug
When you try to open the Manage Trusted Contacts Config, it reopens advanced settings first.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Advanced Settings
2. Scroll down to Telemetry.
3. Click on Allow Telemetry Requests.
4. Click on Only Share With Trusted Contacts.
5. Click on Manage Trusted Contacts.
6. Observed that the Advanced Settings has reopened.
7. Click back arrow.
8. Now Trusted Contacts menu is open.

Expected behavior
Trusted contacts menu should open directly when you click Manage Trusted Contacts.
