Paired weak-field gravity: objective, deliverables and exit

Objective

On a named source class, determine whether the existing source response, locality, positive action, shared source calibration and universal probe dictionary determine both gravitational clock shift and light deflection. A supplied Einstein equation is a comparison branch, not an OPH source derivation.

Deliverables

  1. A local positive two-field source action on the existing source-addressed golden scalar support, with fixed boundary, source preparation, complete record transitions and finite residual certificates at two strengths.
  2. A classification of its static response after a common calibration, including the complete clock-field Gaussian marginal, and an explicit pair of distinct source laws with identical calibrated clock predictions.
  3. Derive the clock and optical reads from one fixed metric/matter dictionary; calculate their joint range, finite bounds, and the exact extra physical condition that selects the Einstein weak-field value.
  4. A documented comparison to published static nuclear-resonance redshift and solar radio-deflection measurements. Preserve the distinction between published compressed measurement results and unavailable raw-data likelihoods; retain systematic bounds, shared-data alternatives and all model outcomes.
  5. Independent source/operator and observable replay, strict receipts, semantic hostile controls, source/data custody, registered claims and Windows/Linux CI.

Exit

The targeted exit is a constructive nonidentifiability result on the declared positive local source-action class, with an evaluated, explicitly postdictive measurement comparison. The proof must exhibit complete source actions, not merely attach two metrics to an unspecified source or list missing maps. Neither compatibility with a published interval nor choosing the Einstein member after seeing data establishes OPH source selection.

Full physical source selection and geometry response, physical curvature/stress and Einstein composition, calibration, and common-history and outcome identification are open obligations (historical issues #779, #729, #736, #740 and #730). This packet states them as retained obligations. It discharges none of them and asserts no countermodel to their additional physical Einstein premises.
